    I think people say it because it helps if you’re “having a bad week” or whatever, and it certainly doesn’t hurt, but yeah, if it’s something more serious or it lasts longer, people should be looking for professionals while still practicing self care. Same thing we do with all other illnesses

    I know everybody is different but I don’t understand how anybody thinks calm tasks will cure anxiety, because that has never worked for me.

    For me exercise is the only thing that helps, but it almost always works.
