    I see so many other cyclists riding with their seat much too low, with their knees practically banging into the handlebars. By far the most common error I see.

    2nd would be people in the wrong gear. Going by at a snails pace with their legs all a blur.

      Good call, I see both of these. I think the second happens when your legs can’t quite push hard enough to take good advantage of the bikes gearing. I was spinning like this for a while until I built up a higher level of push.

        Low gear high RPM is the best way to put power down. Target cadence should be about 70-80rpm.
