Decision fatigue is a real thing. Ask anyone who sat through three tests in one day; even if you have studied the material, it’s hard to focus after a while. It’s easy to fill our day with minutia that distracts us from the impostant issues.
Prioritize your son. Figure out what’s best for him.
If an actor loses weight or works out to be more muscular, that’s commitment to their craft.
If they lay out in the sun, that’s cheating!

Reminds me of an old joke.
A farmer’s son is in jail. His father writes him and says that the horse died and he won’t be able to plow the fields. The son writes back that he buried $10 million somewhere in the fields, but can’t remember where it is. The next letter from the father tells the son that the FBI showed up and dug up everything, so now he can plant.
