Muffins are a tasty and fun treat! To make muffins you’ll need:

• 2 eggs
• 250ml milk
• 125ml vegetable oil
• 250g golden caster sugar
• 400g self raising flower
• 1 tsp salt
• 100g chocolate chips
• Butter for muffin dish
• Muffins

1. Pre-heat oven to 200C/400F
2. Butter your muffin dish
3. Set aside ingredients and eat store bought muffins
