Honestly, I have been using Lemmy since the Reddit API ordeal and the community here over Linux just annoys me. It is this all high and saving OS but why hasn’t it done so yet.
Why does the community and answering questions about Linux suck. Linux great and I use it but people here act like they figured something out the rest of the world hasn’t but when the rest of the world tries to figure it out the response is, “good luck, figured it out, go back to Windows loser.” Just annoys the hell out of me.
I have also never watched Star Trek but it seems good.
I think you over estimate people’s ability to cook these days.
“truly the 60’s were a time of liberation.”
I love the people that compare one aspect of history and forget the rest, lol. The past sucked and our current future sucks.
John Lennon was a piece of shit.
“Lemmy has found a billionaire it likes.” - reads one post makes a determination because of one post.
God I fucking hate Lemmy. It is the same nonsense like this Lemmy gives reddit crap about
One post doesnt make a platform like a billionaire. Also, if a Billionaire can speak about against something that protects artists then all the power to them. Slapping the word billionaire on something doesn’t make everything a billionaire does bad.
I hate billionaires as much as the next Lemmy user but it is sentiments like this that are nonsense.
They are also one of the few, next to tigers, land predators that actually have a taste for human blood. The nature of a polar bear thinks it can eat it then it will certainly try. You also absolutely cannot out run them.
Not knocking you but there is also a reason the “I use Arch memes” exist.
Linux user complaining about having to add repositories manually in order to get a piece of software to update or to add a tool they need.
Me as an any operating system user. Both have draw backs that aren’t for normal people.
At least she owns her work. It is her work to profit from.
I don’t like billionaires anymore than the next person but Taylor owning her own work is a win for her and the record company tried to do her dirty to begin with.
