I think the format was previously used to represent change in opinion by level of experience (hence the curve). It likely got confused with time passing since typically experience increases with time. Ex:

Yeah this meme is usually about a societal IQ distribution (hence the center being marked as 100), so the image in this post would suggest that low and high IQ people love trans women, but average IQ people are trans themselves. Which is obviously not true but also kinda funny :D

The x axis is supposed to represent IQ, not experience. The label is clearly visible in your example, although it’s obscured by a watermark in the OP

I assume its because the meme normally shows something stupid and basic in the left side, and on the right side the same thought but much more “enlightened,” because they actually understand it

Lmfao, it’s kind of funny when you think of it in that way xD. But I guess the meme in general works as a progression where as you understand more, you land back on the same opinion you had originally, just with a new perspective. Or an even simpler explanation: both ends same words, middle different words.

Not sure what the issue is. Before this post I was wondering if there were labels for trans individuals who were considered straight and might now be considered gay. Now that I have seen this in the infographic, I no longer have any questions.
