idk I see it as a win if I find something that’s genuinely interesting enough to delay bed time
I’ve learned that I wake up feeling like warmed-over shit whether I’ve slept for 4 hours or 9+ hours. So why bother going to sleep early if I’ve got something to do?
Feel this. Played R.E.P.O. with a mate trying to get as far as possible. Kept dying in the beginning of the round, then we had a decent round and boom, it was deep into the night. Whoops!
Haven’t had this problem since I became an adult.
